Welcome to Fortera. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (fortera-aac.com) and the purchase of our Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products. By accessing our site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information
Henan Fortera New Materials Co., Ltd. ("Fortera") is a B2B manufacturer of premium AAC panels and blocks. Our production facility is located at No. 1 Chuangye Road, Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Ruyang County, Luoyang, Henan, 471003, China.

2. Products and Specifications
Our AAC panels (including 50mm and 75mm specifications) and B04 grade blocks are manufactured using advanced Aircrete technology and high-silica quartz sand. Due to the nature of raw materials, minor natural variations in color or surface texture may occur and do not constitute a structural defect. While we manufacture strictly to our factory Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that our products comply with local building codes and certification frameworks (e.g., AS 5146) for their specific project applications.

3. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid only for the period explicitly stated on the proforma invoice. Prices are typically quoted on EXW, FOB, or CIF terms and are subject to change based on raw material and ocean freight fluctuations. Custom panel orders require a deposit before production commences. Once manufacturing has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Estimated lead times are provided for reference and may vary based on production schedules and logistics availability (including sea-rail or river-sea intermodal transport routing). Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer strictly according to the agreed Incoterms (e.g., upon loading at the designated port).

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Fortera guarantees that all products meet our published physical defect inspection standards at the time of dispatch. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the purchase price for the defective portion. Under no circumstances shall Fortera be liable for indirect, incidental, or project-related consequential damages.
